Bryan Neitenbach - President

Bryan was one of three Neitenbach’s that founded Horizon West Builders in 1983. He joined his father, Phil and older brother Mark and started as a commercial masonry company based in Boulder. He has continued the legacy with his 4 sons. Bryan still enjoys being in the trenches with his guys and solving problems others struggle with.

Bryan is an Alumni of the University of Colorado, Daniels School of Business. He lives in Brighton with is Wife Kim and enjoys spending his free time with his grand kids.

Jeff Neitenbach - Vice President

Jeff is Bryans Oldest Son and has been working for HWB during the summer of 2001 during his summer breaks and full time after college in 2008. He is currently a Superintendent and enjoys all of the challenges that come with construction. He also appreciates the constant innovation in the industry.

Jeff, A former minor professional hockey player, lives in Erie with his two children Eva and Colton, and his wife Lindsay. In his free time he enjoys hunting and playing hockey.

Andrew Neitenbach

Andrew has been working with HWB since 2003 during his summer breaks. He also started from the bottom up and learned the ropes. Andrew is currently a Project Manager for HWB and enjoys working with people and learning something new every day.

Andrew currently lives in Longmont with his wife Krissie. In his free time he enjoys hunting and fishing.
